Jones Elementary is beyond grateful for Mrs. Kayla and the positivity, initiative, and dedication she brings each day. She is always one step ahead, always willing to help, and always doing it all with a smile.

From supporting students to handling countless behind-the-scenes tasks, Mrs. Kayla consistently goes above and beyond. She truly embodies teamwork, positivity, and commitment.

We hope our Blue Devil family enjoys time to rest, recharge, and celebrate with loved ones. We’re grateful for this wonderful school community!

🧡 Our 2nd graders celebrated Friendsgiving in the sweetest way!

Students enjoyed veggie straws to represent the vegetables from the First Thanksgiving, and a waffle cone filled with grapes as their own mini cornucopia. They wrapped up the fun by making delicious pumpkin pie in a cup! 🥧✨

A day full of friendship, learning, and festive treats! 🍂

🌟 Mrs. Nappi’s 2nd graders proudly presented their Cherokee Traveling Trunk Exhibit. Students explored and shared authentic replica artifacts, learned about Cherokee traditions, and gained a deeper appreciation for Native American history and culture. 🍂✨

PTO kindly asks that forms be returned by next week so they can prepare to/from tags. If you’d like to create your own sticker tags, that would be a huge and awesome help, too! ✨

🌟Our gifted students have been busy learning, leading, and exploring! 🌟

📖 At the end of October, the third-grade students hosted a Trunk-or-Treat, where they chose a book to read, created book reports, and designed creative displays to showcase what they learned.

🐐 The second-grade class visited the Art Barn, where they met and cared for farm animals, created watercolor art 🎨, learned about honeybees 🐝 and composting 🌱, and even took a “Manure Tour” to see how farms recycle and grow!

💪 At the Jostens Leadership Conference this week, third-grade students were inspired to “fight forward” and make a positive impact. They finished the day with games, dancing, and pizza at Stevi B’s! 🍕
