After completing their project-based learning unit on designing their own Ice Cream Shop, Dr. Guyton’s students took their learning out into the real world! 🍦 They got a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work it takes to run a successful business — and topped it all off with ice cream for breakfast 🍨💙

Reminder - Wednesday, September 24, 2025 is a virtual learning day. 💻 Students will not report to campus.

Your child's safety is our top priority at all times. To help ensure a smooth and secure dismissal process, we ask that all parents and guardians keep their car rider tags clearly displayed throughout the entire pick-up line.

If a car does not have a car rider tag, our staff is required to double-check that the person picking up the child is listed on the student's contact list in Infinite Campus. This process requires additional time and may result in a delay in dismissal.

If you need to update your child's contact list, please follow the directions included in this email to add approved individuals.

We were recently made aware of a little mix-up:
The student portal and fundraiser envelope listed a Fidget Spinner & Dragon collectible for registering, plus an Ice Cube Squish for collecting 2000 coins. Our official prize pack states a Moola collectible & Fidget Ball for registering, and an Ice Cube Squish for selling 12 items.

When you register, you’ll get a Moola collectible + Fidget Ball 🐮⚽ (Unfortunately, we did not receive any spinner/dragon combos.)
If you earned 2000 coins, you’ll get an Ice Cube Squish 🧊🌀

Prizes will be handed out by next week—keep up the awesome work! 🙌

Homecoming Week is always filled with excitement, but the sweetest moments happen when our Blue Devil football players and cheerleaders spend time reading with our students. 💙📚 Some even joined in to make music with us! 🎶 Their encouragement, smiles, and school pride make memories that last long after the week is over. 🏈📣 A big thank you to our Senior Blue Devils for leading the way! 💙
